TESTS
Were conducted both independent, and own tests.
Independent tests spent by customers:
1. Auto center "Atlantik" (Ekaterinburg). Abradability, chemical resistance to oils, gasolines, solvents.
The concluding: the tile is adopted as floor cover for show-rooms, the collections Marble, Wood are included in the design-project.
2. Ural compressor plant (Ekaterinburg). Abradability, crashworthiness, static, dynamic loads.
Dead load - the tests were conducted by three yardsticks:
1. Dead load of 25*25 mm. Pressure of 3000 kg. The changes on depth were not watched.
2. Dead load of 25*25 mm. Pressure of 5000 kg. The changes on depth were compounded by 0,1-0,15 mm.
3. Dead load of 25*25 mm. Pressure of 10000 kg. The changes on depth were compounded by 0,2-0,3 mm.
The concluding: the dead load which is not damaging frame of a stuff, makes 480 kgs. On 1 cm2.
Dynamic load: at dip of a metallical subject of weight 8 kg. From an altitude of 1 meter of damages it is not revealed.
Dynamic tests on a bench a dia of 3 mm.: 40 kg. - without change of depth, 80 kg. - thinning-down on 0,1 mm.
